The Employee Validation Manager (EVM) Maintenance screen displays a list of EVMs at your company and allows you to remove EVM access from any of the displayed employees. This access should be removed if an EVM changes positions or job responsibilities within your company or leaves your company. By going into the EVM Maintenance screen, you will be able to deactivate EVMs that are no longer needed in your company.

Note: In order to access the EVM maintenance screens, you have to be an EVM for your company.
