Forgotten Password

If you’ve forgotten your password follow these steps:

1. Go to http://supplier.intel.com as normal
2. Select Supplier Login from the navigation bar on the left
3. Click the Forgot Password link at the bottom
4. On the Password Reset screen, enter the Login ID and e-mail address of the account and click the Submit button
5. If the e-mail address you entered matches the e-mail address on the account for the Login ID you entered, you will receive a confirmation message. A message will be sent to the e-mail address within 10 minutes containing a new system-generated password.
6. Leave the browser window open so that you can complete the password reset process after you receive the new password.
7. When you receive the message, copy the system-generated password and return to the Password Reset screen to complete the process. (If you have closed the window or have navigated away from the screen, simply go to http://supplier.intel.com and login with the new password as normal.)
8. Click the ‘here’ link on the Password Reset screen.
9. You are directed to the Login screen. Login with the Login ID and the new password.
10. You are immediately redirected to the Expired Password screen and are required to change the password for security purposes.
11. The Login ID prepopulates. Enter the system-generated password, then the password you want to change to (click here for password rules), confirm it, and click Submit.
12. You will receive a confirmation screen indicating that you have successfully reset your password.
