What's New?

Intel’s® Supplier Presence Site has simplified the process for requesting a new password if you’ve forgotten your old one.
The previous process required the user to answer three security questions. Many users called the Customer Support Line for help to change their password.

The new process allows users to enter their Login ID and e-mail address, and receive a new system-generated password via e-mail. Users can then login with the new password and change to a more easily remembered password.

In the future, all users should use this automated process to reduce workload on the Customer Support Line to allow them to focus on more value-added needs.
