Intel Environmental Product Content Specification

Intel Environmental Product Content Specification 18-1201
This specification identifies substances that should not be contained in materials, parts, components or products supplied to Intel. Suppliers are required to fill out a one-time per supplier "EPC Spec Conformance" form for each revision of the specification.

Supplier Declaration Form

  • Intel has adopted the latest industry standard forms for materials declaration data exchange. Intel accepts both IEC 62474 or IPC-1752A forms, based on the type of products. Suppliers are required to submit full material content IPC-1752A for active and passive electronic components (e.g. capacitor, resistor, integrated circuits); suppliers are required to submit IEC 62474 for all other type parts.
  • IEC 62474 is standard material data exchange form for products of the electrical and electronics industry published by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) TC 111 Environmental Standardization Committee. Find out more about IEC TC111.
  • IPC-1752A is the material declaration standard published by Association Connecting Electronics Industries for companies in the supply chain to share information on materials in products. IPC-1752A with Amendments 1 & 2 can be downloaded by visiting
  • Suppliers are required to fill out a supplier declaration form for each part, product or product family supplied to Intel, which includes disclosures for RoHS and REACH regulations, plus Intel's low halogen initiative. Please note that both forms are supported in XML schema. IPC-1752 v1.1 PDF material declaration form can be submitted for near term under certain circumstances and we strongly recommend suppliers to work with Intel contacts to develop IPC-1752A form transition plan.
