ESD Basics for Warehouse Personnel (Required for all Warehouse Personnel)

Course description:
This course informs learners of the different causes of ESD, how to control ESD in the work area, proper handling techniques for ESD sensitive product and how to prepare for an ESD Audit.

ESD Warehouse Control and Auditing Training (Required for ESD Auditors/Coordinators)

Course description:
This course instructs new ESD Coordinators, Auditors and Engineers on how to develop, implement, and maintain an ESD Control Program, provides guidelines on how to execute ESD Audits and communicate results, defines an ESD escalation process that can be used when ESD issues arise, in an effort to minimize resolution time and provides examples of ESD Forms that can be applied to your ESD areas to reduce ESD Program ramp up time.

NOTE - The "ESD Basics for Warehouse Personnel" course is a pre-requisite for this course.
